Requirements
Must:
- An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance is required for this role
- At least 5 years of experience in managing code deployments in a cloud environment
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
- Must hold an active Security+ certification
- A Bachelors degree in a STEM field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kubernetes (ELK) stacks is advantageous
- Advanced AWS certifications such as DevOps Engineer Professional or Solutions Architect Professional are a plus
- Certifications in Elasticsearch and Kibana are beneficial
- Kubernetes Administrator certification is desirable
- CompTIA CASP or CISSP certifications are favorable
- Knowledge of programming languages like C#, Ruby, and SQL
- Skilled in writing JavaScript
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management and software development tools like Azure DevOps or Confluence
- Experience with automated UI testing tools such as TestCafé Studio, Selenium, or Cucumber is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine system checks on a daily basis
- Assist with code deployments to Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
- Carry out CI/CD pipeline maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and vulnerability assessments, such as SCAP scans
- Document new processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee management of GitLab groups
- Apply Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
