Requirements
Must:
- 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in SAP Change Organizational Change Management (OCM) roles.
- Practical knowledge in SAP S4HANA or ECC implementation and upgrades.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Expertise in Change Management processes.
- Proficient in SAP WM, MM, SD, EWM, Ariba, and BW applications.
- Experience in large enterprise or retail supply chain environments.
- Strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Knowledge of SAP Release Change Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Skills in business readiness planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and launch support.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (preferred).
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Prosci ADKAR or similar OCM frameworks (preferred).
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Capability to engage with senior stakeholders such as Directors and VPs.
- Experience managing resistance and handling complex change situations.
- Comfort working in dynamic, multi-vendor SAP projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and lead organizational change management initiatives for various SAP projects.
- Ensure readiness across the organization for SAP deployments, upgrades, and transformations.
- Align stakeholders and promote user adoption throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate training sessions and support users during Go Live phases.
- Develop strategies for effective business adoption and readiness assessment.
- Utilize change management frameworks and methodologies to guide project delivery.
- Communicate expectations and facilitate discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives to minimize disruptions.
- Advocate for best practices in change management and ensure consistent application.
