Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in OT environments
- Proficient in the Purdue Model of OT architectures
- Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Trusts, Hyper-V, RDS, and SQL
- Familiarity with Veeam, Trellix/McAfee, Syslog ng, and centralized patching/AV tools
- Knowledge of HP and Dell server and storage systems
- Ability to design, document, and implement technical solutions across various field locations
- Experience with backup solutions and network-segmented OT environments
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and inventory management using NetBox
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centrally managed backup solution for all OT endpoints with offsite and immutable copies
- Ensure Windows endpoints have managed endpoint protection and centralized patching
- Manage the joining of endpoints to the OT domain and oversee domain credentials and emergency access
- Phase out outdated local domains, while keeping ICS domains intact
- Design OT site architectures to function in isolation while maintaining backup, AV, patching, and identity management
- Keep precise NetBox inventory for all servers and infrastructure
- Deploy, manage, and provide support for servers, storage, and virtualization across field sites
- Set up Syslog ng for centralized log collection
- Create technical designs, planning documents, and implementational strategies for site deployments and upgrades
