Internet technology specialist

- Conduct residential installations, repairs, and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises - Verify and document correct RF and signal levels within required specifications - Communicate with leadership and dispatch as necessary - Educate customers about their services and equipment - Operate the company vehicle responsibly and safely - Adhere to all safety protocols in line with company policies and applicable state regulations - Execute residential and commercial installations, service modifications, and disconnects - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with video, phone, high-speed data, and networking devices - Identify and solve RF issues from active poles back to the customer site - Utilize test equipment such as signal level meters and multimeters effectively - Promote services and upsell during customer interactions - Maintain regular communication with management during shifts - Streamline workflow to meet customer appointments and company obligations - Manage inventory, ensuring accountability for stock and equipment - Participate in stand-by duties and on-call responsibilities as needed - Update timesheets and undertake assigned training promptly - Perform additional tasks as required
