Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 6 months of experience with a vocational technical school certificate (preferably CompTIA A+ for Apple support)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Significant experience providing support for iOS and macOS up to Monterey
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Deliver hardware and software assistance for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops
- Set up, test, and install printers, scanners, and network copier/printers
- Utilize computer images to deploy and configure laptops and PCs
- Ensure the latest approved BIOS and patches are installed on computers and laptops
- Assist users with file sharing and permission-related issues
- Monitor, log, and report each service request accurately
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
