Retail IT Specialist (Local Candidates Only)

- Deliver technical customer support through end-user training, best practice guidance, and issue resolution using phone, email, remote access tools, or on-site assistance. - Adhere to established procedures for tracking and ticketing support requests, implementations, and projects. - Maintain accurate inventory records for all company-owned equipment. - Manage user credentials for customer web portals and applications including ordering and customer portals, presell portals, and trade show platforms. - Implement, train, and assist with technology-related customer programs such as handheld barcode scanners and eCommerce applications. - Provide assistance for both internal and external projects that require a robust technology foundation, including advanced Excel reporting and hardware support. - Render direct technical helpdesk support on behalf of vendors, meeting all contractual service level agreements and on-call responsibilities. - Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company technology services and confidently discuss these with customers. - Assist accounts in onboarding and supporting internal programs as well as third-party solutions like credit card processing and cash management systems. - Occasionally contribute to the preparation of sales materials and promotional programs. - Identify and address specific customer needs to enhance service and satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges. - Be available for on-call duties outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Stay informed about market trends in retail IT. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
