Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position
- Proficient in managing complex information systems
- Familiarity with financial markets, including equities, interest rates, and derivatives
- Strong organizational, analytical, and systematic abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of messaging technologies like IBM MQ and RabbitMQ
- Hands-on experience with workload automation tools, such as Autosys
- Familiarity with CI tools, including Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, XL Deploy, and Artifactory
- Strong understanding of design patterns
- Experience working in Agile Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities
- Oversee structured finance transactions led by Global Banking and Advisory, encompassing asset financing, cash flow financing, securitization, debt advisory, and corporate finance
- Assist in orchestrating IS & Digital strategies, as well as the execution and upkeep of GLBA IT projects
- Create and implement new features, including making design and architectural choices
- Conduct testing, monitor quality metrics, and generate technical documentation
- Showcase features to stakeholders and product owners to enhance business insight and collect feedback
- Engage in Scrum practices such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, sprint retrospectives, and demos
- Aid in the modernization and overhaul of the platform, including enhancing CI/CD practices and automating workflows
- Assume responsibility for new projects and assist in refining the existing codebase
- Take part in the design, integration, and organization of transversal platforms and solutions
- Provide management with visibility and deliver metrics to assist in decision-making
- Actively engage in agile ceremonies and contribute to the teams daily functions
