Citrix Virtual Desktop Administrator (Bilingual)

- Several years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure service support on the specified technologies - Expertise in administering and supporting Citrix infrastructure (XenApp and XenDesktop 22.03) - Experience with Citrix Netscaler (version 13.1 and above) - Knowledge of Ivanti End User Workspace management - Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 - Understanding of Windows 11 is favorable - Exposure to areas such as Active Directory, VMware, NAS Storage, Backup & Recovery, SQL Server - Skills in Active Directory, DNS, PowerShell scripting, and Agile methodologies are a plus - Proficient in VMware and virtualization VDI - Automation and scripting abilities in VBScript, CMD, and PowerShell - Basic understanding of project management principles - Experience in the banking industry is advantageous - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective project management capabilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement - ITIL knowledge is a plus (Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management) - Understanding of Agile methodology is preferred - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively - Capacity to multitask and address operational and project-related responsibilities - Ability to explain and justify design decisions to IT peers, articulating the advantages and risks of alternative solutions - Capability to generate reports as needed by management or business objectives - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
