Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-tenant IT environment.
- Proficient in providing diverse desktop, end-user, and basic infrastructure support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities with a professional approach to customer relations.
- Practical experience with Windows, Office 365, printers, VoIP systems, and basic networking (Wi-Fi, switches, patching).
- Demonstrated skill in prioritizing support tickets, maintaining organization, and managing client expectations in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently on-site while staying connected to a remote team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to documenting work, resolving tickets, and ensuring accountability.
- Must be located in NYC or able to commute to Manhattan effortlessly.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite contact for IT support and coordination at a high-visibility client site.
- Provide tier 1-3 support for end users, addressing desktop/laptop issues, software, printers, conferencing technologies, and network connectivity.
- Serve as the intermediary between the client and Aspiris, escalating concerns as necessary and coordinating assistance from remote teams.
- Oversee and maintain workstation and device setups, including user onboarding/offboarding, device imaging, and asset tracking.
- Support and coordinate small onsite projects such as office relocations, conference room technology updates, and minor network enhancements.
- Ensure all tickets are accurately documented, monitored, and resolved within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with remote Network Operations Center, escalation teams, and account managers to deliver exceptional customer service and technical execution.
- Identify and communicate recurring issues, opportunities for user training, and potential process improvements.
- Stay informed about customer-specific tools, standards, and procedures, ensuring adherence to them.
