Requirements
Must:
- Level II Background clearance (Aspire covers fingerprinting costs)
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration drivers license record according to Aspire insurance guidelines
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, IT systems, or internal auditing within a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and electronic health record systems
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Certification in healthcare quality or auditing is beneficial
- Experience with Power BI is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits throughout clinical and administrative departments
- Assess compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest data-driven corrective measures
- Work collaboratively with teams to implement and monitor audit solutions
- Analyze healthcare data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking
- Support the integration and optimization of IT systems related to quality and compliance
- Ensure integrity and security of data in audit and quality procedures
- Assist in designing and executing quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate outcomes and promote continuous improvement
- Facilitate root cause analyses and formulate action plans
- Monitor progress and communicate results to leadership
- Provide training on data systems, audit methods, and compliance guidelines
- Act as a resource for staff regarding data reporting and IT tools
- Foster a culture of quality and accountability through educational support
