Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of direct technical IT support or Service Desk experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 11, O365 (including Outlook and Teams), remote support tools, and basic networked devices (printers, peripherals)
- Experience with user account management in Windows/Active Directory and O365 (including account setup, permissions, and security groups)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to assist users of all levels, including executives
- Physical ability to lift and transport moderately heavy IT equipment (e.g., computers and peripherals) and travel approximately 10–25% as necessary
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including potential early/late hours, on-call, evenings, or weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for the LA office, including senior leadership and executives, ensuring efficient and professional issue resolution
- Offer Service Desk assistance by responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and in-person visits, while logging and managing requests and incidents in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot and administer end-user technologies, including Windows devices, O365, Teams, telephony systems, printers, and mobile devices (iPhones/iPads)
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, O365, and other core systems, adhering to security and governance standards
- Oversee local IT operations such as hardware lifecycle management (requisition, imaging, deployment, disposal), vendor access, conference room readiness, and overall technology maintenance
- Document recurring issues and resolutions, creating knowledge articles to enhance the effectiveness of our IT Service Desk
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to monitor ticket queues, escalate complex issues, and ensure a superior customer experience
