Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in AI integration, automation, and workflow design
- Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and process optimization
- Experience connecting CRMs, communication tools, project management platforms, reporting systems, and operational software
- Ability to take complex business needs and engineer elegant, effective solutions
- High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias for execution
Responsibilities
- Integrate and unify business systems across the organization
- Build, deploy, and enhance automated workflows that minimize friction and boost speed
- Implement AI tools including Claude AI, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Zapier, Make, and other advanced platforms
- Identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and broken processes, then resolve them
- Create scalable systems that enhance communication, reporting, accountability, and execution
- Collaborate directly with leadership to transform ideas into real operational infrastructure
