Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to adhere to structured procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic hardware troubleshooting
- Relevant experience in military IT, Signal, Cyber, communications, or technical support roles is highly regarded
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support for Arrow POS proprietary software
- Diagnose software, hardware, and connectivity problems following established procedures
- Assist customers remotely via a ticketing system
- Precisely document issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
- Clearly escalate complex problems to development or advanced support teams
- Keep up-to-date with product enhancements and contribute to process improvements
