Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of education or relevant experience in Windows-based software installation and PC repair.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Office, Windows, Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, and Wi-Fi technology.
- Knowledge of network technologies, particularly within the Cisco family.
- Familiarity with electronic products and services.
- Ability to interpret software and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer relations and phone skills.
- Must possess self-motivation to work independently without direct supervision.
- Effective planning and organizational skills to manage time and workload efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Integrate electronic systems, comprising hardware, software, and firmware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
- Interpret site surveys and adapt requirements into the integration process.
- Surpass customer satisfaction goals as established by Arrow management.
- Recommend and implement effective solutions in a timely fashion.
- Gather trace information during system problem troubleshooting.
- Analyze customer equipment issues according to established performance standards.
- Meet shipping deadlines according to installation schedules.
- Collaborate closely with Product Support to identify problems and propose engineering changes as necessary.
- Ensure product specifications comply with state regulatory agencies.
- Provide on-site installations, surveys, and support as required.
- Assist customers in configuring and programming Arrow equipment.
- Deliver technical training on Arrow equipment for distributors and new employees.
- Contribute to writing technical manuals and web updates for new equipment.
- Follow up promptly with customers when necessary.
- Provide after-hours support on a call rotation when applicable.
