Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Over 5 years of experience in system integration, product validation, verification, and root cause analysis
- At least 2 years of experience in project management and risk tracking
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing supplier part change notifications
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of project development activities while meeting all relevant requirements including cost, quality, and performance targets
- Oversee system-level design decisions, focusing on cost, quality, and time trade-offs for problem resolution within project guidelines
- Conduct technical design reviews to evaluate project alignment with architectural and product plans, collaborating with key development team members
- Guide comprehensive system validation using predictive methodologies across concept, design, and product validation phases
