Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in DFT, including Scan, ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting DFT specifications and architectures for intricate designs.
- Proficient in troubleshooting DFT challenges, covering ATPG patterns, MBIST implementations, and coverage analysis.
- Skilled in using Siemens-Tessent and Synopsys for DFT implementation, vector creation, and validation.
- Competent in conducting experiments during silicon debugging, with a focus on data collection and analysis to determine root causes.
- Strong scripting abilities using TCL for task automation and creating customized processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute DFT strategies, incorporating scan, MBIST, ATPG, Sims, and Post-Si diagnosis at both block and SoC levels.
- Validate test patterns through gate-level simulations.
- Work collaboratively with Synthesis, STA, and physical design teams to identify and fix DFT-related issues.
- Partner with test engineers to establish test vectors on silicon and ensure successful testing outcomes.
