Requirements
Must:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in DFT
- Expertise in scan-insertion, ATPG, GLS, and pattern simulations (with and without timing)
- Proficient in MBIST insertion and verification
- Familiar with IEEE 1149.1 JTAG insertion and verification
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, and TCL
- Experience with multi-million gate count SoCs in networking, consumer, and various IPs (like PLL, Serdes)
- Proficient in Mentor Tessent tool
- Degree in B. Tech or M.Tech in Microelectronics/Electronics
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of low power DFT
Responsibilities
- Implement DFT for 3nm and 5nm networking chips, including IP DFT work
- Conduct RTL checks for scan-insertion compatibility using Synopsys Spyglass
- Perform scan-insertion using Tessent TestKompress
- Generate ATPG patterns in both compressed and uncompressed modes
- Simulate patterns with and without timing for various corners using VCS
- Debug mismatches utilizing Verdi
- Enhance DFT flow and automation with DAeRT scripting
- Advance Makefile using extended scripts and targets for flow improvement
- Handle MBIST insertion and verification for blocks
- Conduct silicon debug and bring-up for blocks and top-level designs
- Manage IEEE 1149.1 JTAG insertion and verification processes
