Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development, with a minimum of 8+ years working with AEM
- Extensive expertise in AEM core technologies (Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX, AEM Workflows, AEM Dispatcher)
- Proficient in AEM as a Cloud Service, including modern cloud deployment approaches
- Strong background in HTL (Sightly), Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS
- Deep understanding of J2EE architecture and scalable web application design
- Solid experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), caching strategies, and performance enhancements
- Direct experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
- Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components using Adobe best practices with a focus on reusability
- Lead configurations for AEM templates, workflows, and dispatchers, ensuring optimal availability and performance
- Guide AEM Cloud implementations in alignment with Adobes evolving cloud capabilities
- Collaborate with system administrators, DevOps, and security teams on deployments and system updates
- Serve as a technical mentor, offering guidance to developers and ensuring compliance with AEM development standards
- Address complex authoring, performance, and integration challenges within the AEM platform
- Oversee and enhance AEM integrations with Adobe CJA Analytics, Adobe Launch, and third-party services
- Define and enforce best practices for security, accessibility, SEO, UX, and analytics
- Conduct code reviews, lead technical design sessions, and engage in solution architecture discussions
- Maintain and improve comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to align AEM capabilities with business objectives
- Provide leadership in Agile/Scrum settings, ensuring effective sprint planning and execution
