Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 8 years focused on AEM
- Strong expertise in AEM core technologies such as Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX, AEM Workflows, and AEM Dispatcher
- Proficiency in AEM as a Cloud Service, including current cloud deployment strategies
- In-depth knowledge of HTL (Sightly), Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS
- Comprehensive understanding of J2EE architecture and scalable web application design
- Solid experience with server-side rendering (SSR), caching methods, and performance enhancements
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation techniques
- Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is an advantage
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Architect, create, and manage scalable AEM components adhering to Adobe best practices, emphasizing reusability
- Lead configurations for AEM templates, workflows, and dispatcher, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Direct AEM Cloud implementations to ensure they align with Adobes latest cloud capabilities
- Collaborate with system administrators, DevOps, and security teams on system upgrades and optimizations
- Act as a technical mentor to developers, ensuring compliance with AEM development standards
- Troubleshoot intricate authoring, performance, and integration challenges within the AEM platform
- Oversee and enhance AEM integrations with Adobe CJA Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other third-party solutions
- Establish and promote best practices for security, accessibility, SEO, user experience, and analytics
- Facilitate code reviews, technical design meetings, and solution architecture discussions
- Maintain and update thorough technical documentation
- Work alongside stakeholders and product teams to align AEM functionalities with organizational goals
- Provide leadership in Agile/Scrum settings, ensuring effective sprint planning and execution
