Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of relevant experience alongside a bachelors degree or equivalent background
- Strong hands-on implementation and production support experience with Oracle R12 SCM, especially in Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP)
- Functional proficiency in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Finance modules
- Capability to write and execute SQL queries to aid in analysis and troubleshooting
- Proven experience functioning in a team-oriented support environment, mentoring others through complex challenges, and sharing best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Deliver production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while closely collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve issues
- Work together with functional leads, developers, and support colleagues to assess issues, coordinate solutions, and implement system improvements
- Serve as a reliable team resource by sharing knowledge, mentoring less-experienced team members, and fostering a positive team culture
- Engage in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem-solving sessions to ensure consistent and high-quality support outcomes
- Employ SQL and data analysis to assist with root cause investigations and inform team decision-making
- Provide insights and best practices to enhance processes, mitigate recurring issues, and improve overall system support
Description
We are seeking an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our dedicated production support team, ensuring our enterprise systems remain stable, reliable, and continuously evolving. This position involves hands-on production support merged with strong techno-functional skills, all within a collaborative team environment. You will engage closely with analysts, developers, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements for our Oracle Supply Chain systems.
