Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Oracle Order Capture, Fulfillment & Supply Chain modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Release R12.
- Experience using Product tools such as Jira and Service Now.
- Background as a Technology/People Manager for small to medium-sized teams.
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certifications are preferred (optional).
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, salary management, and career development for staff and supervisors.
- Take responsibility for departmental results, budget management, and adjusting departmental plans to address resource or operational challenges.
- Supervise system performance and health through data analysis, modeling, program specifications, and hardware/software evaluations.
- Act as the main client liaison to clarify, prioritize, and convert business requirements into technical objectives.
- Provide expert oversight and manage intricate projects from initial estimates to final completion.
- Resolve broad operational challenges that affect areas beyond the immediate team.
