Requirements

Must:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree in electrical/electronics and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or 5 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience. - Support certification activities for multiple countries (FCC, IC, CE), debugging and addressing issues during certification testing. - Conduct hardware testing in the laboratory. - Tackle field-testing issues and validate hardware use cases. - Engage in hardware design, development, board programming, and use tools like Signal Analyzer and Oscilloscope.

Responsibilities

- Gather requirements and finalize the architecture for the next-generation HMI module based on various SoCs including Qualcomm, NXP, Renesas, and ESP. - Design and develop electronics, select components, and create schematics while collaborating with customers on component placement and PCB size. - Undertake layout design and establish high-speed interface guidelines, conducting signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis, as well as reviewing Gerber files. - Create sensor boards (Motion, Light, Accelerometer, Temperature, Gyroscope, Magnetometer, and calibrate sensors) integrating them with the HMI module, with protocol experience in SPI, I2C, Serial, UART, USB, DSI, and CSI. - Coordinate efforts with fabrication, assembly, and integration teams, performing bring-up, functional, EDVT, thermal, and performance testing.
