Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree in electrical/electronic engineering is typically required
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience
- Support for certification activities across multiple countries (FCC, IC, CE)
- Proficiency in conducting hardware testing in a lab setting
- Capability to address issues from field testing and validate hardware use cases
- Experience in hardware design and development, programming boards, and using tools such as Signal Analyzers and Oscilloscopes
Responsibilities
- Collect and finalize specifications for the next-generation HMI module utilizing various SoCs, including Qualcomm and NXP, Renesas, and ESP
- Engage in the electronic design and development process, including component selection and schematic design, in collaboration with customers for component placement and PCB dimensions
- Execute layout designs and adhere to high-speed interface guidelines while conducting signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal assessments, as well as reviewing Gerber files
- Design sensor boards (including Motion, Light, Accelerometer, Temperature, Gyroscope, Magnetometer), calibrate sensors, and integrate them with the HMI module, with protocol experience in SPI, I2C, Serial, UART, USB, DSI, and CSI
- Collaborate with fabrication, assembly, and integration teams, and participate in bring-up, functional, EDVT, thermal, and performance testing
