Requirements
Must:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Design for Test (DFT)
- Proficient in scan-insertion, ATPG, GLS, and pattern simulations (both with and without timing)
- Experience in MBIST insertion and verification
- Knowledge of IEEE 1149.1 JTAG insertion and verification
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, and TCL
- Background in working with multi-million gate count SoCs in Networking, Consumer applications, and various IPs like PLL and Serdes
- Skilled in using Mentor Tessent
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Microelectronics or Electronics
- Effective communication skills
- Expertise in low power DFT
Responsibilities
- Implement DFT for 3nm and 5nm networking chips and conduct IP DFT tasks
- Perform RTL checks to ensure scan-insertion compatibility using Synopsys Spyglass
- Carry out scan-insertion with Tessent TestKompress
- Generate ATPG patterns in both compressed and uncompressed mode
- Simulate patterns without and with timing for different corners using VCS
- Debug mismatches using Verdi
- Develop scripts in Perl, Shell, and TCL for DFT flow enhancement and automation
- Enhance Makefile using extended scripts and targets to improve flow
- Insert and verify MBIST on relevant blocks
- Conduct silicon debug and bring-up activities for blocks and overall products
- Insert and verify IEEE 1149.1 JTAG
