Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in the field
- A Bachelors degree in a related discipline or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience
- Comprehensive understanding of design verification processes
- Strong knowledge of verification methodologies, flows, and quality metrics
- Proficiency in developing UVM-based SV test-bench environments
- Experience with PCIe, NVMe, NAND, DDR, and CPU subsystems
- Capability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the complete design verification projects as a senior engineer
- Mentor team members in verification methodologies and best practices
- Engage in client communications and technical reviews
- Develop and define block, sub-system, and SOC top-level test plans
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Provide informal guidance to junior staff to enhance their skills
- Monitor and track both technical and management aspects of projects
