Requirements
Must:
- 3–5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket
- Strong comprehension of platform governance, standardization, and enterprise-scale enablement
- Proven capability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with Atlassian automation, scripting tools, and APIs is preferred
- Experience in supporting enterprise service workflows or scaled Agile delivery is preferred
- Atlassian certifications (ACP or equivalent) are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Arrows Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, JSM, Bitbucket, and authorized Marketplace applications)
- Align platform functionalities with enterprise goals, delivery needs, and operational efficiency targets
- Establish and enforce governance standards (workflows, fields, issue types, naming conventions, and permission structures) to ensure uniformity and scalability
- Assess, authorize, and optimize Atlassian Marketplace applications according to governance and platform strategy
- Convert stakeholder requirements into a prioritized backlog (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria), balancing user value, strategic objectives, and technical health
- Manage prioritization of the Atlassian enhancement backlog, focusing on technical health, user requirements, and strategic aims
- Promote platform adoption by providing enablement, templates, standards, communications, and best-practice guidance
- Collaborate with platform development and administration teams to ensure configurations facilitate enterprise integrations, data flows, and reporting
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, offering clear guidance and communication on platform usage and updates
