Requirements
Must:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL
- Robust technical background in supporting applications in a production setting with multiple integrations
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies including APIs, interfaces, batch jobs, or middleware platforms
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues that involve multiple systems and teams
- Comfortable working independently while closely collaborating with global, cross-functional partners
- Experience serving as a technical resource or mentor to peers
- Strong communication abilities, capable of explaining integration concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A detail-oriented mindset focused on enhancing system reliability, documentation, and support processes
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for a highly integrated enterprise environment
- Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, auditing, and documentation
- Provide production support by diagnosing complex issues across applications, interfaces, and integrated systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend upstream and downstream dependencies, data flows, and system interactions
- Evaluate and support integration technologies such as APIs, web services, batch processes, and middleware components
- Investigate and rectify data and interface issues to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and performance across systems
- Participate in software upgrades, fixes, patches, and vendor-mandated changes with an understanding of integration impacts
- Assist in product design, bug verification, beta support, and technical research as required
- Share knowledge and provide informal mentorship to junior developers and support team members
