Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience in designing and managing production systems at scale
- Strong technical acumen in areas of architecture, data management, and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in AI-driven or automation-centric systems
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or conversational interfaces
- Demonstrated curiosity through open-source contributions, side projects, or innovative experiments
Responsibilities
- Manage complex systems and features from conceptualization through to production
- Make scalable architectural choices that benefit multiple teams across time
- Translate vague requirements into clear and dependable solutions
- Develop and maintain distributed systems prioritizing performance, security, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define development priorities
- Enhance engineering practices through code assessments, establishing standards, and mentoring team members
