Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee scalable data architectures focusing on Snowflake and cloud-based solutions.
- Craft and refine complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various sources.
- Create and sustain reliable data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to produce dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights.
- Assist clients in harnessing BI applications for data-informed decision-making.
- Convert intricate datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to convert opportunities, leads, and accounts into ARR reporting and SaaS metrics.
- Partner with clients to define and implement methods for aligning CRM data with financial metrics and business objectives.
- Grasp how subscription data, contracts, and customer lifecycle events from CRM systems influence revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Collaborate with ERPs (preferably NetSuite) to extract, transform, and integrate financial and operational data into analytics workflows.
- Utilize ERP knowledge to pinpoint key data sources and streamline data integration strategies.
- Aid clients in synchronizing ERP and CRM systems to enhance reporting and analytics.
- Act as the technical lead and present solutions to non-technical clients during engagements.
- Comprehend client needs, outline project scope, and deliver customized data solutions.
- Ensure timely project delivery, maintaining scope while surpassing client expectations.
- Offer thought leadership on data insights, industry trends, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and impart technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders for efficient project execution.
- Identify areas for enhancing data processes and analytics capabilities for clients.
- Stay abreast of developments in data technologies, especially in SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools.
