Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of practical front-end development experience
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (minimal reliance on page builders)
- Demonstrated experience with WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
- Familiarity with landing page creation, campaign management, or experimental environments
- Capability to transform designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts
- Experience with analytics, tracking pixels, forms, and API integrations
- Knowledge of site performance, SEO basics, and conversion optimization
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver with limited supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain landing pages and web interfaces for campaigns and experiments
- Convert Figma/design concepts into clean, responsive, production-ready outputs
- Utilize WordPress (including Advanced Custom Fields) to facilitate scalable content workflows
- Integrate APIs, analytics tools, tracking systems, and third-party applications
- Assist in rapid iteration cycles related to growth and campaign projects
- Enhance performance, SEO, and conversion metrics
- Diagnose issues, conduct quality assurance for releases, and uphold high standards of quality
