Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of practical experience in SAP IBP configuration and at least one full-cycle implementation
- Expertise in IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
- Strong technical proficiency in integration technologies, including CI-DS and RTI with S/4HANA
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA supply chain processes including MRP and production planning
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, IT, or Engineering
- SAP IBP Certification is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and configure IBP planning areas, key figures, planning levels, and algorithms to align with business needs
- Lead functional design initiatives for various IBP modules, including Demand Planning and S&OP
- Oversee or assist in the execution of end-to-end IBP implementations, including conducting fit/gap workshops and User Acceptance Testing
- Establish and resolve data integration workflows with CI-DS and RTI coordinated with S/4HANA
- Offer post-implementation support, oversee planning job operations, and enhance performance of Supply Chain Planning solutions
