Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field and 12 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience
- DoD-issued Secret security clearance required at the time of application
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests according to defined test cases
- Practical experience with test automation frameworks and libraries in CI/CD environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with testing tools and platforms like Jenkins and GitLab CI for automating build and execution processes
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and concepts
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with test leads, developers, and systems engineers to create test cases and execute automated tests for system verification
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks to ensure effectiveness and durability of test suites
- Conduct automated regression, integration, and performance testing, documenting and sharing results with the team
- Identify and resolve issues during testing by working closely with developers to uncover root causes
- Support continuous testing processes in CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing tools to enhance validation efficiency
- Ensure traceability between testing requirements, automated tests, and system verification outcomes
- Analyze test outcomes with automated tools to assess system performance and pinpoint improvement areas
- Contribute to the design and execution of automated testing strategies in alignment with industry best practices
