Senior Network Security Engineer

- Design and estimate network topologies by gathering information and performing site surveys - Specify components and systems while creating bills of materials and labor estimates - Deliver comprehensive solutions to Account Executives and guide team members - Train, assign, and manage the schedules of engineering staff - Ensure adherence to production, productivity, quality standards, and resolve operational issues - Identify and implement improvements in engineering work processes - Monitor expenses to align with cost standards and enact cost-saving measures - Assess client requirements by leading the search for RFP information and conducting site surveys - Prepare design plans including logical diagrams and estimates for review - Develop bid packages that detail scopes of work and verify RFP compliance - Coordinate with Purchasing to verify part numbers and procure materials and tools - Troubleshoot design and installation issues by collaborating with technicians and documenting solutions - Utilize AutoCAD and Visio to create accurate drawings and labels - Import and verify test results, ensuring alignment with the as-built documentation - Create and refine procedures for the network infrastructure division - Maintain professional growth by engaging in educational opportunities and industry networks - Contribute to team objectives by achieving related goals as needed
