Must:
- Over 12 years of direct experience with Vistex Incentives, Paybacks, and Customer Rebates
- Demonstrated expertise in the Vistex DMP module and its integration with S/4HANA
- Solid background in SAP SD and Pricing
- Proficient in EDI and IDOCs
- Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments
- Familiarity with BTP platforms and the SAP Application Interface Framework
- Experience in managing offshore teams in global delivery contexts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Capability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional groups
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Skill in translating complex technical information into understandable business terms
- Quick to identify root causes and suggest effective solutions
- Competent decision-making under pressure
- Strength in building trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage expectations and ensure project alignment

Responsibilities
- Drive the design and configuration of Vistex Incentives and Paybacks solutions, including Billbacks and Rebates, within ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA
- Design and implement Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance Platform) solutions for intricate pricing and rebate scenarios
- Assess and refine processes for a clean core
- Separate customizations and develop using standard extension frameworks
- Isolate custom logic (e.g., rebate calculations, DMP workflows) into side-by-side applications and refactor custom code
- Utilize Vistex APIs and DMP tools for effective pricing data management
- Develop a Clean Core Roadmap
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Oversee offshore development and support teams, ensuring they meet project objectives and deadlines
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
- Execute system testing, provide UAT support, and plan cutover activities
- Offer post-go-live assistance and recommendations for continuous improvement
