Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Advanced Collection System (AHCS) modules.
- Familiarity with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in Integration Design & Development utilizing Spring Boot to create RESTful APIs and microservices for data integration between Finance and external systems.
- Proficient in web services integration, including REST and SOAP, along with the ability to utilize Oracle Integration Cloud or custom Spring Boot services.
- Demonstrated capability to propose and implement enhancements via Spring Boot for automation and improved user experiences.
- At least 8 years total experience with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Technical and Integration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud with expertise in sub-ledger integrations to AHCS.
- The candidate should possess experience as a techno-functional resource with finance knowledge, capable of fulfilling multifaceted responsibilities.
- Ability to effectively manage front-end business needs similar to a systems analyst while collaborating with contractors to fulfill project requirements.
- Knowledgeable in Administration & Security and able to coordinate with Oracle Product support for troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Utilize system analysis, development techniques, and quality assurance methodologies to create solutions for complex business requirements while identifying relevant epics, capabilities, and user stories.
- Employ Schneiders Agile Methodology throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Architects, Technical Teams, and Program Management to ensure that solutions align with project objectives.
- Deliver expert-level functional knowledge for developing prototypes, functional specifications, data mapping, and creating test cases, as well as providing user testing support.
- Identify and address gaps in business processes supported and engage in user documentation, security configurations, data interface design, migration, and reconciliation tasks.
- Offer specialized subject matter expertise in resolving domain-related solution and production issues.
- Mentor and enhance the expertise of junior level staff within the Systems Analyst domain and conduct trainings as necessary.
- Engage with business teams to implement tailored solutions effectively.
- Perform analysis and design criteria necessary for assessing and selecting new software packages.
- Conduct walkthroughs and analyses with peers and vendors for effective communication and project alignment.
- Actively participate in scrum meetings, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and design reviews with technical teams as required.
- Create and execute system test plans and corresponding test cases, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.
