Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Native Mobile App Development using Swift and Objective-C.
- Solid understanding of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and best practices for mobile application architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and testing methodologies for mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- 8+ years of mobile application development experience.
- 6+ years of experience with React Native.
- Experience in building mobile applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development environments and distributed teams.
- Additional experience with Git, Redux, and Mobile UI is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers by defining, promoting, and implementing best practices in Swift and Objective-C for Native Mobile App Development.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and establish quality assurance processes for iOS applications, ensuring compliance with performance optimization techniques and coding standards.
- Ensure adherence to processes within assigned modules and participate actively in technical discussions as a consultant, evaluating feasibility and identifying potential risks while breaking down projects into manageable parts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while preparing detailed status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.
- Develop React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and accessibility.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code.
- Manage timelines and expectations effectively.
- Review code and coordinate releases with other squads.
