Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in middleware architecture and integration solutions
- Expert understanding of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks and EMS
- Demonstrated proficiency with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) and cloud deployments such as AWS, Azure, or OpenShift
- Strong leadership skills in DevOps, particularly in developing CI/CD pipelines for integration
- In-depth knowledge of Java architecture to facilitate collaboration between Java and integration teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) strategy and establish integration standards
- Lead the initiative to modernize by migrating TIBCO BW 5.x applications to TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition using Docker and Kubernetes
- Conduct capacity planning for TIBCO EMS servers ensuring fault tolerance and load balancing strategies
- Manage the middleware platform lifecycle including upgrades, patches, and vendor support
- Collaborate with Java application leaders to establish clear API contracts utilizing Swagger/OpenAPI
- Supervise code reviews and uphold governance standards on the Common Object Model (CDM)
