Computer Systems Architect

- Oversee administration of Virtualization and Storage platforms across the site - Act as a lead and integral member of the team supporting various technologies - Manage and maintain components of the technical infrastructure, including Hypervisors, storage solutions, system updates, patching, and other IT systems - Assist end users and staff with resolution of complex issues pertaining to software, applications, databases, and system access - Ensure seamless operation of multi-user computer systems by coordinating with network, software, and system engineers, as well as end users and IT management - Administer backup and recovery services, oversee file systems and disk space, and manage virus protection routinely - Follow strict guidelines for Information Systems security in all activities - Maintain security audit and logging information on classified networks as directed by the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) - Work independently with minimal direction to determine and develop approaches to solutions - Adapt to a fast-paced environment with high expectations and collaborative settings across all levels
