Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficient in smoke testing practices
- Experience with functional testing techniques
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Zephyr
- Ability to perform both automated and manual regression testing
- Knowledge of integration testing, particularly with APIs (REST/SOAP) and ETL processes
- Skills in developing comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ability to validate configurations within unique organizational environments
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test strategies and plans for COTS implementations, focusing on end-to-end business processes
- Verify proper functioning of pre-built features and user configurations in specific environments
- Conduct integration testing to ensure smooth data flow between EISOne Suite and other applications
- Execute both automated and manual regression testing after any updates or patches from vendors
- Lead User Acceptance Testing, assisting stakeholders in validating suite capabilities
- Identify, document, and manage defects while distinguishing between software bugs and configuration issues
