AI/ML Engineer

- Professional experience in an AI or Machine Learning engineering role at a lead or architectural level - 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI or Machine Learning engineering - Practical knowledge of LLM frameworks and tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex - Expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn - Demonstrated experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch - Hands-on exposure to a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for training and deploying machine learning models (GCP preferred) - Familiarity with generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) - Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning principles - Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and deploying models as APIs - Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of effective collaboration in team settings - Preferable: Experience implementing models using API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask - Preferable: Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools for CI/CD, model monitoring, and lifecycle management - Preferable: A portfolio showcasing projects or contributions to open-source AI/ML libraries
