Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in reviewing site maps, information architecture, and content structures (SharePoint)
- Strong business analysis and documentation capabilities
- Expertise in metadata management for AI-ready knowledge
- Knowledge of taxonomy, ontology, and semantic frameworks
- Experience in business analysis for knowledge products
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, content owners, and subject-matter experts to support the structured review and organization of institutional knowledge
- Assess existing site maps and content structures for completeness and alignment with information architecture and taxonomy standards
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the content
- Capture and validate necessary metadata through standardized intake forms to ensure quality and relevance
- Engage regularly with stakeholders to clarify content intent and resolve any ambiguities
- Conduct quality checks and document assumptions and issues
- Provide status updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend enhancements to forms, taxonomy usability, and knowledge curation processes to improve discoverability
