Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager

- Design and extract detailed business and user requirements for various digital projects, including complex system integrations with operational technology and environmental compliance platforms. - Create comprehensive process flows, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and use cases to underpin system design and integration initiatives. - Develop workflow diagrams and screen mockups while maintaining an organized library of documentation for project clarity and knowledge transfer. - Draft clear and testable acceptance criteria for user stories and defects, collaborating with QA teams to ensure readiness and quality. - Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses to guide technology solutions and project prioritization. - Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital workstreams, owning project schedules and managing risks and dependencies. - Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including standups, backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives to support agile delivery. - Monitor issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively escalating and resolving them to sustain project momentum. - Serve as the primary liaison between functional business leaders and technical delivery teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. - Support over 40 active data integrations from various source systems, grasping integration patterns and recognizing potential failure points. - Engage confidently with on-site operational teams, senior technology leaders, and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration. - Produce high-quality documentation for requirements, workflows, training materials, and process updates, maintaining a cross-referenced project library. - Identify potential gaps, risks, and stakeholder challenges early, communicating proactively to avert delivery issues.
