Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and web services integration
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management (JML)
- Experience with identity profiles, roles, access profiles, and policies
- Familiarity with provisioning workflows and event-based triggers
- Basic scripting knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Beanshell is a plus)
- Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) is a plus
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- SailPoint certifications (IdentityNow Engineer / ISC Certification) is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design and implement identity governance solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Configure identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML)
- Develop and manage application integrations through REST APIs, SCIM, and Web Services
- Set up identity sources, profiles, access roles, and policies
- Implement workflows for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests
- Customize workflows by using SailPoint ISC rules and event notifications
- Create and manage IdentityNow transformations for data mapping and correlation
- Conduct access certifications, enforce policies, and generate compliance reports
- Diagnose and resolve identity synchronization, aggregation, and provisioning challenges
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment practices
- Work closely with stakeholders, security personnel, and application managers
