Requirements
Must:
- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, orchestration, or ITSM automation.
- Previous experience in regulated enterprise settings with compliance-focused processes.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and enterprise adoption strategies.
- Proven expertise in Agentic Platforms including Workato, AWS Bedrock Agents, Claude Agentic Orchestration, Digitalnet.ai, Serval, Atomic Work, Harmony.ai, and Leena.ai.
- Strong foundation in hybrid cloud architecture (Azure + AWS), API integration, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with governance and compliance platforms (like Credo.AI), IAM/RBAC, audit logging, and regulatory alignment.
- Proficient in data wrangling, feature engineering, and designing pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident management and change management automation.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and interact with vendors and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities for both technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise architecture for agentic AI orchestration and ITSM automation.
- Design integration frameworks across hybrid cloud environments (Azure + AWS).
- Establish scalability, security, and compliance standards for agentic workflows.
- Lead assessments of various platforms including Workato, AWS, and others for selection.
- Document pros and cons, risks, and vendor maturity to facilitate leadership decisions.
- Implement governance controls using Credo.AI, focusing on policy enforcement, explainability, and audit readiness.
- Ensure alignment of IAM/RBAC across orchestration and ITSM platforms.
- Oversee data wrangling, preparation, and integration processes.
- Define data pipelines for compliance validation and ITSM automation.
- Guide AI developers in creating and testing sandbox environments.
- Validate vendor capabilities against real-world performance and enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to align technical solutions with operational demands.
- Present architecture visuals, phased roadmaps, and reports to executives.
