Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience as a Technical Analyst Programmer or in a similar role
- Familiarity with conducting workshops and user training sessions
- Experience training ERP LN Technical resources (Preferred)
- Background in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (Preferred; must-have)
- Strong understanding of ERP LN technical methodologies and capability to convert them into technical system requirements
- Expertise with Infor LN product LN10.7, ERP LN CloudSuite
- Strong technical knowledge in Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, Finance, and Service modules
- Familiarity with creating technical analysis and design documentation
- Knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design technical solutions to meet business process needs
- Develop and implement advanced technical solutions and interfaces between systems
- Provide training and support to Junior LN Programmers on best practices and development methodologies
- Identify and address gaps in current processes, recommending solutions that leverage ERP LN capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program performance and system utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of LN systems with other applications
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all ERP LN modules and integrated products
- Identify, track, and resolve system issues promptly and effectively
- Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to accurately translate business needs into system specifications
- Conduct gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and propose optimization solutions
- Create and maintain detailed technical specifications aligned with system documentation
- Perform system testing and optimize programs to ensure they meet technical requirements and performance criteria
- Provide guidance and support to developers during design and implementation
- Assist with system integration and data migration activities
- Serve as a liaison between ERP business leaders and technical teams to ensure project success
