Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience serving as a SharePoint administrator
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the Windows operating systems (O365) suite
- Proficiency in supporting tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, PowerShell, ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in developing secure code in a government, healthcare, or privacy-sensitive environment
- Understanding of Cloud Systems Architecture
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, HITRUST, FedRAMP is advantageous
- Experience with federal information systems and knowledge of the security control assessment process is beneficial
- Must be a US Citizen and able to secure a US Security Clearance

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using the Power Platform (NIPR & SIPR)
- Expertly build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate solutions in both NIPRnet and SIPRnet M365 environments
- Leverage SharePoint Online as a data source, including list creation, permissions management, application integration, library creation, and data structuring for Power Apps use
- Craft complex formulas for data manipulation, logic, and UI/UX functionality within Power Apps
- Apply knowledge of JSON logic in application development
- Maintain the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any SharePoint-related issues or malfunctions
- Provide support and training for SharePoint end-users
- Execute data retrieval and backup procedures to safeguard against data loss
- Ensure adequate storage space through data clean-ups and archiving
- Review usage and activity reports to enhance user experience
- Manage network infrastructure, including encryption, security zones, and firewalls
