Requirements

Must:
- I require that you are a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements. - You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, with an active clearance preferred. - You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - I expect a minimum of 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, including design, integration, and validation. - Experience with software and hardware integration is necessary. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential. - You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

- I will need you to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex system architectures. - You will develop system architecture, CONOPS, and use case development using systems engineering methodologies. - I expect you to develop and analyze system requirements, architecture, and design solutions. - You will be responsible for defining and documenting system requirements, interfaces, and specifications. - You should define and document subsystem and lower-level CONOPS, including activity flows and use cases. - Overseeing system verification, validation, and performance assessments will be part of your duties. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware solutions. - Performing trade studies, risk assessments, and technical analysis to support decision-making is essential. - I expect you to manage requirements, including decomposition, allocation, verification, and validation. - You will interface with customers and stakeholders to define system objectives and technical requirements.
