Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) roles
- Demonstrated Tier 3 or senior-level technical expertise
- In-depth understanding of Windows Server environments
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Azure AD, and SharePoint
- Knowledgeable in networking concepts such as firewalls, switches, VLANs, and VPNs
- Familiar with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Experienced with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Skilled in configuring and managing DNS
- Proven track record of implementing cybersecurity best practices
- Proficient in managing email systems and their functionality
- Capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for advanced technical challenges
- Lead and participate in IT project initiatives related to servers, Microsoft 365, networks, and security
- Deliver on-site assistance at various client locations as required
- Mentor and provide guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
- Ensure proper maintenance of technical documentation and adherence to internal standards
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding issues, solutions, and project progress

We are Arkansas Network Experts, a dedicated Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in Conway, Arkansas. We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Tier 3) to become a vital part of our team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with complex technical issues, lead IT projects, support a knowledgeable team, and interface directly with our clients on site and remotely.
