Requirements

Must:
- Proficiency in ticket creation, escalation, and follow-up in a help desk setting. - Strong technical troubleshooting skills for user problem resolution and issue isolation. - Experience in imaging and deploying virtual systems. - Ability to provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware. - Excellent communication skills for responding to inquiries via email, in person, or over the phone. - Capacity to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency. - Competence in installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware, software, and peripherals. - Ability to report metrics regularly and carry out customer satisfaction surveys. - Knowledge of mobile device administration and management of SIPR tokens. - Skill in asset management, encompassing receipt, logging, documentation, and disposal of IT equipment. - Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods and complete tasks that involve bending, reaching, and kneeling effectively.

- Organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently. - Convey complex information in a simplified manner. - Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Work proactively to prevent issues rather than solely reacting to them. - Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate concepts, plans, and proposals clearly. - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and confirm resolution of tickets upon closure. - Provide initial support for incidents, problems, or requests and assist with inquiries through various communication channels. - Assist with mobile device administrative support, including the issuance and resetting of tokens.
