Requirements
Must:
- Education: Bachelors degree required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design
- A portfolio link showcasing your creative proficiency
- Must be able to work at least three days a week in our Falls Church location
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality and accurate deliverables
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience with motion graphics or Canva is a bonus but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Create impactful advertisement designs, collateral, and various marketing materials aligned with our brand identity
- Work closely with the brand team to strategically influence our brands visual direction
- Develop and propose innovative creative concepts in collaboration with team members
- Articulate design rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality work on time while effectively managing multiple projects
- Uphold high standards of quality control to ensure all final materials are error-free
- Assist with employee-facing projects and communications to enhance the internal branding experience
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to provide fresh and relevant creative solutions
